Robotic rehabilitation
Keeping up to date with the latest trends and knowledge in rehabilitation care is extremely important to the HENDI CENTRE. We are aware that robotic devices can never replace humans, but they can make rehabilitation easier and more efficient for many diagnoses. That is why we are gradually adding new devices to the centre's equipment.
WalkAide ®
The neurostimulator is used for functional electrical stimulation in central paresis. It reduces exertion, the risk of falls and increases walking endurance. It is intended for patients suffering from stumbling and "falling toe" syndrome in central nervous system lesions. Suitable after strokes, for multiple sclerosis, after brain and spinal cord injuries and also for cerebral palsy, for children from 4 years of age.
OmniHi5™
An upper limb rehabilitation system promoting neuroplasticity of the brain. Stimulation is based on EMG. Improves upper limb function and range of motion in patients with hemiplegia or upper limb paresis. Allows active motor training.
